Please complete the form below to book a place at the day school.  There is a description of the class levels below the form as well as details on how to pay.  The day school will finish with a social dance; the timetable is shown further down this page.

If you have selected payment by cheque the Treasurer will email you with details of the address to send your cheque.

Please be realistic in assessing which classes are suitable for you in order that everyone can get the most out of the day.  If in doubt, please ask!

Less Experienced Class:

• For newer or less confident dancers, the class will cover steps and basic formations to increase your dancing confidence.

More Experienced Class:

• Dancers in this class should have a sound knowledge of the majority of formations.  The class will work on maintaining and/or improving their steps and formations. The class will cover good dancing technique, phrasing, covering, handing and team work within the set.  Dancers in this class will be expected to quickly learn a new dance.

The day is not suitable for those who have never done Scottish Dancing before. Please join our regular Tuesday 7.15 class to learn some of the basics and then you can build on the foundation at the Day School.
