The delayed AGM will take place over Zoom on 1st September starting at 8pm. Papers for the AGM will be sent out by the Secretary nearer the time but they are available in the members section of the website.
We are looking for nominations for the committee. There will be three vacancies for ordinary members of the committee and currently there are two nominations. Could you be the third? Or is there someone you know who only needs a little encouragement to put themselves forward? Please consider it as the club functions best with a full committee to share the work that needs to be done to keep the club running smoothly.
Nominations need to be with the Secretary at least seven days before the AGM, that is by 25th August although earlier submissions make life easier for our Secretary. Please contact Marjorie if you would like to know more.
